Shipping


We ship our products through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS), but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please refer specifically to the shipping information for the particular product that you ordered.

Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you require express or 2 day shipping, please contact customer service for charges.

Returns


If you are dissatisfied with one of our inventory based products such as our Make-it-Yourself Pet Perennials Kit or an item from our candle collection, you can return your item for a full refund.  A refund will be issued once the returned item has been received.  Please call 1-855-573-3887 or email customerservice@cherishedones.net to begin the process. 

Our "Custom" Pet Perennials product is not able to be returned.  However, if you are dissatisfied with the finished product for any reason for which we are able to control, there are two options available.  Please access the PDF to learn more about Pet Perennials Return Policy.

To replace a seed pack for your MiY Pet Perennials Kit that has passed its sell by date, please complete the following form. A fresh seed pack will be mailed to you shortly.
