Our online store provides an option to send items as a gift and add a card, as well as gift wrap to your order in the event you want to send a complete personalized package to someone. You can provide a personalized message (limit
of 225 characters) for your card. One of our team members will handwrite your
message on to the card selected, gift wrap the item and ship it directly to
your friend or family member on your behalf. You provide the shipping information at check out.

Business Gift Perks account holders are required to login to shop the business gift
collections.

It’s always good to remember that a pet is/was a family member when creating your
message and to acknowledge the occasion for the gift. In the case of pet loss,
let them know you that you support them and are thinking of them. Use the pet’s
name if you know it. Personalized messages are always handwritten on the cards. It is what makes Pet Perennials gifts a little more special!

Each of our unique gifts is wrapped in colorful paw print tissue paper, and gift packages include a greeting card of your choice with your personalized message handwritten on it if you provide one. Birthday and holiday tissue paper are used for birthday and holiday packages.

You can order as many gifts as you would like to go in a package. However, if you are ordering gifts for more than one person you will need to place a separate order because it requires the items to be shipped to a different address.

We currently offer a variety of pet themed greeting cards across many occasions that can be personalized with a handwritten message to accompany your gift.  Designs cover milestones such as sympathy, birthday, get well, welcome, thank you, engagements, weddings, and babies.

Orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hours Monday-Friday. Weekend orders are fulfilled and shipped on the next regular business day.

We offer FREE shipping on sympathy gifts & packages for customers in the USA only. Items under 1 lb. ship anywhere across the USA via United States Postal Service - First Class Package Service. Once an order ships it takes only 3 to 5 days to arrive at the recipient’s mailbox. We offer other options using USPS and UPS should you want to expedite shipping and pay the cost associated. You can select a different method at the time of check out. Costs will vary depending on destination and weight. Keep in mind that expeditedshipping options are expected, but not guaranteed by the carrier. This can be
true in heavy shipping seasons such as Black Friday through the end of the holiday season. Additionally, as a result of Covid-19 "expedited" shipping times may be impacted. Once a package leaves our fulfillment center and is handed off to the shipping provider, Pet Perennials has no control over the actual time of delivery.

For consumers ordering online we will provide a partial refund to the payment method used at time of order less the cost of shipping, gift wrap and the greeting card once we have received the original package back. Personalized gift items cannot be returned for a refund. If you ordered a Greeting Card and Decal combo we cannot refund the cost for items that are returned do to an incorrect address provided at time of order.

For our business accountswe will notify you on the occasion this occurs. If you provided an incorrect address when you placed the order, we can do one of two things:

1. Re-ship the item if provided with a new address. We will charge new shipping costs at that time and will ship upon receipt of payment.

2. A partial refund to the payment method used at time of order less the cost of shipping, gift wrap and card once we have received the original package back (since we are unable to recover these items).

Business account holders please note, personalized gift items cannot be returned for a refund, or if you ordered a Greeting Card and Decal combo we cannot refund the cost for items because we are unable to restock them.

One of 10 different stone hearts is randomly embedded in the candle at the time of
hand pouring. The keepsake heart is inside of the actual candle! As the soy wax melts cleanly away the stone is revealed. Be sure to keep the Legend Card that came with the candle to find your special message and the meaning of the stone itself. You can also scan the QR code on the candle’s label to view the
meanings of the stones online. The stone can be easily removed from the candle

Although we can’t guarantee burn time, each candle should burn for approximately 20 hours.

The "Pollinator" wildflower seed mix includes 16 different species of wildflower seeds that can grow in all regions of North America. The dog & cat safe seed list includes:

The contents of a kit will allow you to create 10-12 seed wafers. The seeds are protected within the nutrient rich soil shape and grow from it. Simply sowthe seed wafers in a sunny spot by laying them on top of the soil about an inch apart. Be sure to keep them watered in the beginning. You DO NOT need to dig a hole or cover the seed wafers with dirt. See product page here.

Yes, you can file the costs under marketing expenses for tax purposes. After we ship a package, you receive an order confirmation email that includes a paid invoice to use for your record keeping.

You will receive an order confirmation email that includes shipping information so you can track the delivery of your package(s).

If ordering your gift packages online you will be able to create a new custom message with every order. Your previous messages will also be stored in your browser if you haven't disabled that function. We also provide some short suggested messages that you could use.
